Refund & Return Policy

All sales on ECOD4U are final. Because our products are digital (gift cards, mobile top-ups, gaming vouchers, and eSIM), once a code is delivered or a top-up is processed, it cannot be refunded, returned, or exchanged.

Refunds are only considered in the following cases:

  • The digital code is invalid or not working.

  • The top-up was not delivered to the correct number due to a system error.

If any issue occurs, the customer must contact us within 24 hours with proof (screenshots/video).
We reserve the right to verify all claims before issuing a replacement.
